NABITA is a mission-based association that holds deeply its values of equity on the basis of sex, gender, inclusion, safety, and belongingness for all. The association works with local, state, and federal government entities to lobby and advance these vital causes. NABITA provides education, development, and support to professionals who endeavor to make their environments safer through caring prevention and intervention.
